STAY AWAY!!!
DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! There should be 0 or - 5 stars for these clowns. The online store www.dcshoessouthafrica.co.za is a ****. It appears legit, they very quickly sent me a payment confirmation with a tracking number to track on a site called Global Logistics Platform. I tracked the order and 28 days later it read that the order was delivered, which I did not receive. At no point did any courier contact me to notify me of a delivery. Mailed them numerous times to request who the courier was and who signed for the delivery, all they said was on their system it shows that it was delivered but they don't or can't give me the courier details. Stupid me, I only then went through all the communication and noticed the email address they used is ***, notice the incorrect spelling of helpline. There's also no contact numbers on the website.

**** - No delivery verification or refund
I placed an order 20 August 2025 and when I followed up on when delivery will take place, I was informed by Amelia that my package was delivered and I should also go the post office as it might be there. I have requested the courier details - none provided. I have followed up several times and even requested a refund - no action and just excuses.

Order number 44b638-474 not delivered!
I placed an online order on the 26th August 2025. I was sent an email with the tracking number. My parcel status is delivered however I did not receive the parcel or a call from the delivery company. There are no contact details online and I am not getting a response from their 'Contact us' option on their website. Someone please help me track where my order was delivered to. Trying to get hold of someone at DC Shoes is like trying to draw blood from a rock!!!
