DC Outsourcing putting unsuspecting consumers under debt review by claiming to be NCR.

I would like to raise serious concern regarding my experience with DC Outsourcing Solutions.

I was contacted by a consultant who misrepresented themselves as being affiliated with the NCR (National Credit Regulator). Based on this false information, I was misled into engaging in a process I did not fully consent to or understand at the time. I was then pressured into agreeing to a DebiCheck mandate under misleading circumstances.

This is highly ********* and unacceptable. Consumers should not be misled or manipulated into financial agreements under false pretences.

I have since requested immediate cancellation of my application and DebiCheck mandate. I expect this to be actioned without delay. Should this not be resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities, including the actual NCR.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company and to verify all information independently before agreeing to anything.
