I Was Misled Into Debt Review
I am very disappointed with my experience with DC outsourcing I did not want to apply for debt review, and I was misled about the service I was signing up for. I am able to pay my debts and I am not over-indebted. I therefore had no reason or intention to enter into debt review. If I had been clearly informed that I was being placed under debt review, I would never have agreed to it. I now want to cancel the debt review process immediately. I am very unhappy that I ended up in this situation because I was not properly informed about what I was agreeing to. People should be given clear, honest and accurate information before signing any documents, especially when it can affect their financial situation and credit profile. I am sharing my experience to warn others to be very careful and to make sure they fully understand what they are signing before agreeing to any debt-related service.

Disgusted customer
Disgusting and pathetic service, they are a bunch of ******* that lie to people and coerce them into going into debt review. The person that answers the phone does not put you through to anyone he answers for the rest of the business what bull **** is that. Debit orders increase without my consent. There is no accountability, you cannot speak to anyone just the person that answers the phone and who is very rude and unpleasant to speak to.

Dc Outsource solutions claiming to be NCR
I have been ****** by DC Outsourcing solutions they claimed to be NCR (National Credit Regulator) They falsely registered me under debt review without me knowing, they claimed that i missed a payment my debit order didn't go through so i must approve the mandate then my debit order will be normal. I trusted and believe it was genuine from NCR so i did as they advised not knowing they are putting me under debt review and they activate a debit order of R20 000.00. I am very angry and i urge NCR to take legal steps and De-register this company they **** people who are trying so hard to make ends meet. It's not fair at all. Im am hurt and very disappointed in this company.

DC Outsourcing ****mers don't entertain!!
These people are a bunch of cold calling ****mers attempting to get your personal details and place you under debt review. They said i was flagged but my bank account linked to Experian clearl marks me in the green status. They insist that i am flagged and if i give them my details they will assist me. The lady then gets her supervisor who then rudely questions me when I ask about the company she gives me her personal details. I then say I want to find out about the agency and she speaks over me going on in her personal capacity. I threaten to drop the phone and ,,, and she says you can go ahead and drop the phone - SO I DID!!! NO TIME FOR NONSENICAL PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO MAKE A CHEAP buck!! ****MERS!!

DC Outsourcing putting unsuspecting consumers under debt review by claiming to be NCR.
I would like to raise serious concern regarding my experience with DC Outsourcing Solutions. I was contacted by a consultant who misrepresented themselves as being affiliated with the NCR (National Credit Regulator). Based on this false information, I was misled into engaging in a process I did not fully consent to or understand at the time. I was then pressured into agreeing to a DebiCheck mandate under misleading circumstances. This is highly ********* and unacceptable. Consumers should not be misled or manipulated into financial agreements under false pretences. I have since requested immediate cancellation of my application and DebiCheck mandate. I expect this to be actioned without delay. Should this not be resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities, including the actual NCR. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company and to verify all information independently before agreeing to anything.

I was deceived by DC Outsourcing after speaking to an agent who offered me debt relief. Without my approval or signed consent, their accounts department contacted ABSA and had all my bank accounts cancelled. I was never informed that this would happen. This caused me serious inconvenience and distress. Their conduct is *********, unprofessional, and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the debt counsellor assigned to me was extremely rude and refused to transfer my call so that I could speak to a manager or supervisor. I also sent an email to their offices and received no response. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would strongly warn others to be very careful before dealing with this company.
