Worst service ever!!!

My experience with dc experts has been horrible!!! I joined them in February this year. In March I had an enquiry that I needed urgent assistance with and I got no assistance. I called, sent emails and WhatsApp messages for weeks 7 weeks and my enquiry was never met until I got tired and gave up. In May again I had requested some information regarding my loans and I never received any response. I was then retrenched in June and I have been sending my portfolio manager Carol emails since May 28th. I've sent emails and did some follow ups on those emails, I've called her and I would be told she was on another line I should leave a message and even then I would tell the receptionist to ask her to please call me ASAP as this is urgent and even made mentioned that she's not responding to my emails. I have sent WhatsApp messages and each time I would be told that she would call me back and I would respond a few days later to say that she still hasn't called me, this is a matter of urgency. Till today 7 weeks later I have not heard from her and prior to this I have expressed my disappointment with the service but I was ignored and never taken seriously. At some point someone from DC experts called me and asked me if I had gotten paid and soon as I said yes they just hung up the phone. They don't care about their clients. When it suits them they will call you and do whatever it is that they need to do but don't care about the clients needs. Right now I'm trying to transfer to another company and they are holding me hostage by rejecting the transfer. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
