Unsatisfactory Service
I'd like to say that the company helped me with reducing my debts but what transpired while still getting their help is they ended up paying debtor which was already paid up, showing that they don't bother monitoring people's accounts when they are paid up because they ended up making a mistake and worse of all they refuse to take responsibility and request for the refund from the debtor they paid while the account was already paid up and closed, now I'm in arrears because of their mistakes and my portfolio manager is giving me the run around and I don't know if they will take responsibility and rectify their mistake or they will just pretend like I'm just a single customer and I don't matter.

Please note that only one payment was made to the HTN Attorney account in the month of December after the account was settled it wasn't multiple payments and this was due to not being in receipt of proof that the account has been settled as yet. A refund request was submitted to HTN Attorneys but then they requested us to complete additional documents in order for the refund to be processed. These documents has been completed and sent back to HTN Attorneys and their turnaround time for this to be processed and refunded is 14 working days.
Your last remaining account is in good standing and we have confirmed this with the credit provider.
We hope you find the above in order.

Thank you so much for the feedback and I appreciate the follow up as well, however I do believe 14 working days has passed and I hope the refund has been processed as I hope it will reflect in my statement that I always get on a monthly basis, I also would like to take the time to say that service needs to be delivered when the company makes a small mistake and the client needs to be informed on time, I appreciate the feedback very much and I do believe once the refund has been processed I will definitely change my review as the process of the refund took a bit longer but the response time gave me hope.
