they are persistent and dishonest
They would not disclose my account information without me constantly asking for the info. a few months ago I asked for my account with them to be canceled but they refused to. Now they are threatening to garnish directly to receive the funds they had been deducting from my bank account. They pretend to be someone who can assist with debt but now they are forcing their services on me when I no longer need their assistance.
