They are not willing to help to cancel

Hi

Lste March this I signed debit review with dc experts where they have explained to me everything. But early june I decided to cancel they service via call. They daid to me I can not cancel as I have signed. Ok, late June I sent them an email asking for them to cancel as now I can be able to pay my creditors, they said its too late to cancel as they have sent debit order(june) to my bank.

Last week again I sent them email as it is still early (for this month) to cancel the debit review, I dint get a response.. Then via whatsapp I did them where they promised that shinay will call me..

Upto now Im still waiting for the call.. ???????? I want to cancel
