Taking advantage of the mental

This company had the decency to phone my mother yesterday after she had a mental breakdown, of my dad with Alzheimer's had a stroke. After phoning multiple times trying to cancel the contract I ended up with a man that was very arrogant, called Leroy! He said to me, my mother had the mental capacity to sign so she is obligated. I do not think that that is fair. It was DC Experts that phoned my mom on her phone, in a time she was vulnerable and not her self. Smooth talking her into signing a contract that will put her under debt review. I would also like to make a complaint to ECTA that companies like these should not have access to e-signature.
