Shinay Oosthuizen of DC Ecperts

I was very reluctant to go into dept review because of all the paperwork involved and just not knowing if I could trust the other person on the end of the phone who I couldn't meet face-to-face. Shinay Oosthuizen has been an amazing help. She has been kind, patient and compassionate in what is a very tricky and stressful situation.
