Ruth Graaf for TL of the year.

I work for a company that interacts directly with other companies and usually the experience is horrible, but not today, today i spoke to Ruth Graaf, a team leader in the customer service department for DC Experts and her service was exquisite, the way she deals with issues and feedback from our companies processes is so professional and I would definitely want to work with her again. Exquisite lady with exquisite s****s, quite a surpriser too as I never knew I was speaking to a team leader but she keeps herself down to earth and that is something I can definitely respect.
