They are not professional at all and do not follow up on anything they should. Even emails you send, will not get a reply from them and last but not least you will still get debited for the same accounts you they supposed to be paying while they actually debit you still!
Dear Mr Naidoo.
Thank you for bringing your concerns under our attention and we understand your frustration, but the issue is not from our side but FNB as their debit orders on the revolving credit plan accounts keeps reinstating automatically and they confirmed this.
We have facilitated and ensured that the September funds debited on your account by FNB was refunded and has escalated the amount for August which still needs to be refunded.
Query Trail:
Our offices spoke to you on the 11th of September with feedback, then on the 17th of September you made us aware that only one amount was refunded, after this we escalated the matter with FNB and still waiting on a response.
Please note that we had a public holiday in between as well and we need to afford the banks their turnaround time to respond.
We have also tried calling you today and not getting through to your number.
We will keep you posted on the outstanding refund from FNB.
