Refund

I am a new client but i have to say the service i have received is absolutely terrible.

I took this last month got debited by dc experts and one of my loans also debited when i was told they had stopped all debit orders the service consultant Solomon does not assist me he just blue tick me on WhatsApp his the worst service consultant i have ever dealt with in my life , i call everyday with my airtime to find out about the refund until to date i have not received my money and there is literally not even a courtesy call to update me on the progress of my refund i lost more money last month because of this, i am so disappointed you don't treat clients like this especially in such circumstances.
