I've had a query for a few months now, I've sent emails backwards and forward to Naydene Daniels to no avail. Today Mbd called me AGAIN saying they haven't received any payment, i explained everything to Chantel, she immediately picked up there were payments returned from Mbd, she sorted it out straight away, what an amazing relief, thank you for your promp assistance, you are indeed a valuable asset to your company.
