Poor service from DC EXPERT
DC Experts is my debt counselor since 2017. Recently i haven't received good service from them. I made direct payments to my creditors last year (2018) December and I forwarded them the latest statement from my credit provider to be updated on the PDA system but that hasn't been done till today. I tried calling the receptionist answers the then tranfers it to my portfolio manager Carol, then i get hunged up on. I don't think I will refer someone to them the service is so poor and its so frustrating cause you expect quiries to be resolved as quickly as like they do when they call you for the first time to want to assist
