Please remove my name from the list
3months ago I sign up with this. Company, it's my third time now paying the installment. But today I received the messages from my creditors saying I'm owing them the money, and m very worried, so please refund my money back to me and I will continue to pay my debts on my own, I don't want anything to do with this company, they don't do as they promised on the phone, I regret why I agree to sign the contract from the first place

As we just discussed we will provide you with the last 3 months statements during the course of the morning, as well as all acceptances we have in place with each of your credit providers indicating that we have an concluded agreement in place with each of them. They shouldn't be calling you and we will take this up with them today still. We can't be taken responsible for the behavior of the credit provider and if the act in bad faith but the matter will be addressed with them.
We will call you during the course of the day just to confirm that all information has been received.
