Persistent failure to communicate

DC Experts, you continue not to communicate and update me even after you have rectified your mistakes last month. Again this month, you took my money after we have agreed that all debts have been paid up and no money would be debited from my account. I sent two mails last week and no one bothered to to respond. I have never skipped my monthly payments , but yet you still took my money and owe me a clearance certificate. It is sickening to always complain about the same issue every month, I just want what's mine and be done with you.
