Not clearing name
I have paid up all my debt. Now I'm battling to get my name cleared. I'm getting a bunch of excuses saying there is one account still outstanding even though everything has been paid. I have sent them all the paid up letters numerous times, even ones from 3 years ago. I was told 21 working days to clear my name. It's been 3 months and there's stulk excuses
