My name is still under debt review

Last month I have complained about DC Experts and their services, the week of the 27 September the called me and promised me that they will resolve my issue. They told me they going to call me again Monday on the 30 September no call and that week is finished, and they haven't resolve my issue yet. Hello Peter can please assist. They made a promise to help me and now they have disappeared. I am unhappy with the with the promise they can't keep.
