lack of urgency

I called yesterday and requested to speak to Bernice,was told she is not in and i will get a call back ...Nothing!

I'm not sure what the purpose of the whatsapp group is when you can't get help from it???

2ndly my installment by the bank was reduced yet i'm told to pay more to the same bank ?why?

Should any debit go off this month we are going to have a problem because i indicated that for June nothing should be debited as my creditors are fine with that.
