Kayla

At the start I was well informed about my account & the status of it.I received my monthly statements and was able to track my balances.In the most recent months I have being trying to get hold of someone relating to my account as I needed to know what's the process after the accounts have been paid up.It was only last week I got into touch with Kayla who was most helpful with my concerns.Today she was able to provide me with an update on the total amount outstanding & has provided me with a paid up letter on one of the accounts.I am just waiting to hear what will the process be after the last payment is done & how will I get cleared off debt review. Looking forward to hearing from Kayla .But I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Kayla .
