POOR SERVICE.

<div>10 January 2020 I received an sms from Capitec for both my loans stating short payment for December. The statement I received from DC showed they paid in full and when I inquired, I was told Capitec should not contact me and someone will get back to me. NEVER DID. Little did I know this was going to be a start of a string of poor service. 9 March same story loans in arrears was told someone will call me,24 march I sent a reminder that I was still waiting for a call. This became a trend ....fast forward to June. I started calling around asking for statements and 'closing letters" as I had lost all trust in DC, I learnt that 1 Capitec loan was done and the other had a balance of R540( around). I took this on with Aqeefah who said she will look into it..She came back and we where in agreement. We also agreed that DC should not have deducted a full amount and I was due a refund. I was sent a form that said "non dispute" and after back and forth emailing was told that the form is to protect the company. So you can imagine my shook when they deducted again in July. I went to the bank and reversed the payment and paid the outstanding loan amount. DC experts conduct has been unsavory and their statement *****, This morning I received a statement saying 2 June distribution was done and over R1000 was paid on my loan but that loan has been paid up. I would like to warn people from using the service and to ask DC to award me the clearance certificate and we can end this nightmare.&nbsp;</div>

Good Day Nwabisa K.

Trust you are well and thank you for bringing your concerns under our attention.

Please note we will provide you with statements on each of your credit providers as proof of each amount paid to them monthly since inception of debt review if you have any dispute you are welcome to inform me. Your monthly distributions are done via a registered payment distribution agent and there is no way for monies to go missing or incorrectly distributed.

4 of your 5 accounts you started with is already settled and proof enough that your monies was paid to your credit providers.

The non dispute form we asked you to sign was in order to process your refund, this form is just a conformation from the client that when we refund your monies you will not go and also reverse the same amount at the bank, this is standard procedure for a refund to be processed and we need to follow correct protocol in order to comply with the banks / service providers requirements.

In conclusion we will see if all accounts is now settled in full and if this is the case we will go ahead and issue you with your clearance certificate once we are in receipt of all paid up letters.

Kind Regards
The DC Experts Team
