I have been dealing with this company for about 3 or more years now. At the beginning before acquiring their services, the comments about the service they offered were all negative. But nevertheless I still signed up. My account was handled by 2 other employees and the service was appalling to say the least. It was until my account was handed over to Anthea Williams. A massive change in the service. Polite, understanding, willing to go the extra mile, informative and customer satisfaction driven. It was such a pleasure calling and getting the assistance that was required. Always responding to emails sent in a timely manner. Her service has definetly change my mindset of the overall service of this company. Excellant service Anthea Williams and keep up the tremendous service.
