Debt cancellation

Hi I signed with DC Expects in November 2020 as they were suppose to help me with Capitec bank because capitec extended my loan term and DC expect failed to help me with that now i cancelled the agreement i had with DC Expect early January and they were suppose to send me documents to sign for cancellation up until today they keep saying they will send documents but they dont. They were suppose to start debiting by the end of this month. Pls help
