<div>This company has ruined my life literally because of them i might go to prison. They ruined my name in the 1st 9months of joining them now i have to voluntarily surrender my vehicle after losing so much and starving myself to make sure their payments went through uninterrupted. They should never be recommended to anybody ive got proof of my records but cant get much info or even an apology from them i had to contact their head office just for a statement </div>

Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to briefly address your claims mentioned in your complaint.
Please note that you will definitely not go to prison as stated in your complaint, and more importantly, not as a result of any of our actions.
We've done our part to secure your asset during the debt review process, but unfortunately we could not meet the contractual requirements from the Credit Provider in the provided time frame. The Credit Provider's contractual requirement for your account was to provide them with proof of insurance, which you failed to provide to our office, which resulted in legal action on the account from the Credit Provider.
Unfortunately due to this non compliance and other reasonable requests not being met, the Credit Provider is not willing to further entertain negotiations.
We encourage you to co-operate with all requests made to you in order during the process to assist you efficiently and refrain from making misleading and defamatory comments further.
