DC EXPERTS why u were so good to me.

DC EXPERTS helped me to settle my debts yes, but after my last account was paid up in January I informed them and sent them the cancellation proof then they said they will check and send me feedback I waited till the 15th of February then the money was deducted from my account I called to ask what happened they sent me refund forms to fill and I sent them back with bank statements showing the transaction. I waited for feed back but nothing then 15March again the stop-order went thru I called again and my account manager Shinay said she will give me feedback but nothing till today 26 March. I remember at some point when I was complaining telling her I need the money she said I'm crying over that little money and that truly hurt pls help me get my money back have all the proof of what I'm talking about.
