DC Experts over promise and under deliver

Good day

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I received with the cancellation of this process. DC Experts contacted me and they are extremely convincing and I decided to go ahead with the process and on the same phone call I asked the lady that I spoke to Aqeelah Jacobs, if I decide to cancel this process I am allowed to do so and she said, her exact words was "YES, REMEMBER THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT". I decided to go ahead.

The evening after I have thought long and hard about this I decided to that I do not want to go ahead with this process. The very next day I sent Zibele who was supposedly managing my portfolio a whatsapp to say that I want to cancel he called me and tried to convince me not to do so but I already made up my mind and want it cancelled and he said that he will forward to the relevant department.

I then found out on the 25th May 2021 that they went ahead with the Process I called Jenny and explain I want this cancelled she advised that she will ask the relevant department for a cancellation letter as a matter of urgency and she will try and have them send it through the same day, this did not happen I called the next day and she said she was going to escalate. I received a call from Nicole who also tried to persuade me and I just stood my ground as I have already made up my mind and she said that I was going to receive the letter within 48hours and yet I still await the letter. I don't want to receive anymore calls from them I just want the cancellation letter and the flag to be removed from my name. Thank you
