DC Experts delaying process of Debt review clearance.
I noticed that on the distribution statement that the for one vehicle the outstanding amount went up form one month to another with almost R30 000 and for the other almost R10 000. I queried this as the outstanding amount can't go up and they informed me that is the info they received form the credit provider. (In the process of *****ing the amount with ABSA then i will take the matter further). On the other hand i have paid up all my debt, monthly installment though debt review and extra myself and only have my vehicles to pay. Therefore i am now in a position to opt out of debt review but my request is being ignored. I have done my investigation and is legally entitled and know the procedure to clear my name but they are ignoring my request for the past 4 months now. I am working internationally and have been out of the country for 6 months and is therefore unable to make calls or see someone to assist me so it makes he process difficult and as mentioned they are just ignoring my request. I have now stopped the debit order and after threatening to sue them, contact hello peter and the NCR they immediately sent a reply that they will phone me. (as i am writing this review). So let's see.

When I look at the communication between yourself and staff with DC Experts they are still in the process of assisting you with the balances on the two remaining accounts, all your emails was responded on not just only the once where you threatened with the NCR and Hellopeter.com and at no stage was the cancellation or suspension of the debt review refused.
You've settled majority of your accounts and are now left with two accounts on your profile and we will continue with the suspension process as per your request. Please keep in mind and as previously explained at this stage we can only suspended our services and not clear your name from the debt review, once you've settled the two remaining accounts, you can notify our offices and we will issue your clearance certificate at no cost and facilitate the process to have the debt review flag removed from your name.
