Dc Experts

I wish to compliment the FABULOUS service I received from Rubyn Gertse for the past three months. My portfolio Manager was not even that spot on when i do enquiries for the past 5years that I have been with DC Experts. I would call and leave my number but most of the times i would not get a call back. Ms Gertse would always call me back whenever I called when she is not available.She would always explain to me in detail about questions I would ask about my Debt. She had empathy and was caring. I am truly impressed at her kindness and customercare skills. It is not often one meets such dedication,especially in the private sector. Your company needs more people like her. She has real passion for her work

She deserves serious recognition for her services.
