DC EXPERTS (ANESKA)putting people under debt review without them knowing

hello guys i need help with this company, i spoke to a consultant named ANESKA from DC EXPERTS on the 4th of December she asked me if i needed help paying off my loans, i told her i was ok and able to pay my loans. when i got to the bank today i was told i am under debt review and i should call the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and find out the company that put me the, so i did and i was told it is DC EXPERTS and now when i call DC EXPERTS they tell me they do not have my details and the is no one by the name ANESKA but i got the sms from them on the 4 of December and calls from them(i still have the sms and caller history on my phone). can anyone tell me how to go about this before i go see my lawyer
