DC Experts

Dc Experts, one of the worse companies I've to deal with... about 2 years ago and i decided to go under debt review dc experts being the "chosen" ones, sent all documents through but was not happy with the service I was receiving, after all the correct documents for my debit orders were sent through to be cancelled they weren't , all my debit order still went off my account plus a payment to dc experts, after dealing with that situation decided to change companies and dc experts refused to send through the paperwork to the new, after many emails to a very rude manager or director , i finally got what i wanted... i will never deal with them again, however to do believe that i should have refunded the amount the which was paid to them as I don't believe there was anything done from there side.
