DC Expects
Good day, I'm very stressed I have been with DC Expects since 2018 September. I made an agreement with them to assist me with my debts. Everything was fine and in March before lockdown I received an from a representative at DC Expects not to miss any payment because I would be violating an agreement. It is very difficult in this lockdown to make sure that when DC Expects make a debit order funds available and its not easy. Now no payment was made since they deducted money in April till today. I'm very worried since the interest are piling up. I contacted them but no one is answering the call.

As per the National Credit Regulators instructions, creditor payments will continue slightly later due to the National lock down and the effects thereof. All March payments has successfully been paid to all credit providers and April payments will continue as soon as possible. The credit providers are aware of this.
