I had a query on my balances and Carly Jacobs assisted me with no problem at all. She thanked me for my loyal payments monthly and explained my balances to me. She responded within in a minute of receiving my email query.
She phoned me back and explained everything in so much detail. I wasn't expecting a call but just an email response.
