Good day
My name is Tshepo Makoti ID I once requested Dc Experts to help me with my application for Debt review. I believe now I can stand on my two feet and be able to pay my Debts without any hustles, I'm left with Capitec on my debts. I would like to cancel my Contract with Dc experts, because I cannot get a car because I’m under debt review. My initial plan was to get a car in December, because I’m under Debt review I don't qualify to get a car, however I have settled all my debts except Capitec Bank however I cannot settle the debt because Dc Experts blocked me to settle the outstanding.
Today this morning I spoke with Shinay DC Experts consultant who then gave an account for me to settle my Capitec Bank Account Loan which I have paid it, I have attached the proof of payment I paid my capitec account in full today, when I call again to confirm the payment I’m being told by the reception that no one is available at the office for help.
I’m requesting DC experts to release the letter that I have settled all my debts and I’m no longer under debts review ,please help your assistance will be highly appreciated .

i need help with Dc experts it looks like they don't want to give me a Clearance letter ,you assistance will be highly appreciated . i've been trying to get help from Dc experts consultants to no avail.

As Abdul Aziz has just discussed with you we've received your proof of payment and now requested all outstanding paid up letters in order for us to issue you with the clearance certificate.
Once we have all your paid up letters we will be in a position to issue the clearance certificate and ensure that your name is removed from debt review.
