Colleen Strauss - "on the ball"

I have been with this company since December 2017 after a friend reffered them to me. I was very relieved when the lady(not mentioning her name) helping at that time helped me reduce my debt. I then proceeded to make monthly payments to DC Experts as we agreed apon. I then in February 2020 called them to ask how much I still owe and is it possible to lower my monthly payment. Only to find out my debt is more then what it was in 2017. There was no follow ups done with my creditors of any sort.

I was then referred to Colleen Strauss. Who is currently assisting me in this situation and she regained my trust for the company. She calls me atleast twice a week and some times twice a day to keep informed on the progress with the creditors.

This situation is not yet resolved, but I am certain I have the person in my corner.
