Cancel my account

Hi i just wanted to say i ask Dc expert to cancel my ddebreview account but they refused to do so they say they cant i dont have to give the a reason why i dont want them to pay my debts as long as i say i will pay it on my on is that enough. They just want to make money out of people. I just want them to cancel my account am no longer interested in there service. If they dont want a bad record they will first cancel the account sent me proof that they cancel it then i will withdraw them from helopeter.
