Bad service

I paid my last instalment in November 2020.Struggling to get clearance certificate. Many different excuses. I was once told the relevant department is working on my clearance certificate, and then a few weeks later when I call, they are waiting for a paid up letter from one of my creditors. Worst decision I've ever taken in my life. my finances are at a complete stand still. and now the calls are not being answered, I get promised calls back, but it hardly ever happens. gatvol!
