This message is specially intended for the manager of Rubyn Gertse. I have been recently retrenched amidst the chaotic climate of COVID19. During this time I have experienced a turmoil of emotions and fear as I don't know what tomorrow will hold for myself and my family...Rubyn however, has been a pillar of strength during this period of my life. ,. She guided me adequately and effortlessly and always followed up on progress made with 3rd parties... I am more than satisfied with her service... She has really gone the extra mile in a time where I couldn't think clearly of what resources is available to me and how to access it. Rubyn, I am endless grateful for the personal touch and the effort you have put in during this time. Your tenacity to get things adequately processed (especially knowing that not all things were in your control) and problem solving s****s is a great asset that should be valued.
