Anthea Williams Best service ever.Always friendly,always going beyond the extra mile,very informative,helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with.Responds to queries immediately and her knowledge and reasoning s****s are super.Anthea is not only proffesional bu she has what I call empathy,a listening ear and this is a gift that is lacking in todays world.Anthea never seemed to get aggitated nor has she ever risen her tone of voice ,even though at times I have bombarded her with questions.Always the same with a beautiful telephone etiquette.Anthea does the necessary follow-up to make sure that I get all the answers to my questions and she responds immediate when left with a message of call back.You need more of her calibre...Just my opinion.
