I have an incredible time working with DC Experts. Since the first contact was made, I noticed they were not just another company. They actually care. Because of you guys, I finally feel in control of my own finances. I work with Shanice, since the very beginning, she made sure I'm comfortable. She made sure I understood everything. Shanice supported me the entire process. I also work with Laure, an incredible person! I struggled getting a refund from Discovery bank for more than 2 months! Laure got Discovery bank to refund me within 2 weeks, often being on a call with Discovery bank for almost an hour at a time! Laure .
