5 star service today, after 4months of struggling for feedback

Today I received better assistance from DC Experts, because as soon as I send an email I received a call back on my queries lodged. After submitting and requesting feedback monthly on progress to my clearance certificates of my accounts and wrongfully deductions made. For approximately 4 months, the same experience until today I finally got real news. Better service received today than in 4months of battling for answers to the questions posted.
