Sub Standard supply of equipment

DBongs Konnexion service is of a low standard as they supply sub standard equipment and when requesting refunds they do not comply. They tried to install my DSTV but it did not work and have to date not sorted it out or refunded us. I have also laid a complaint to DSTV. @DSTV poor brand.
