They have some very sweet staff behind them. They made what would have been a very frustrating redelivery, since I needed to be online for work, more simple. If you are in a rush, then I suggest you request that you get a SIM yourself. They will actually activate it for you remotely if you do not want to wait for delivery. Life tip I guess!
