Thank you for the AMAZING service!

I did not see day listed anywhere else, so I guess I will just review them here. I know it has been said, but these guys are just so down to earth and honest. I ended up having a conversation with the young lady who helped me as if she was a friend rather than an employee. I love it. Just the quality of service they provide in addition to the products they offer. The honesty came in when they straight out dissed Telkom when they were down over the weekend which was apparently to be expected because they tend to update a lot over three day weekends. Anyways, they helped as much as they could until this morning when they gave me a partial refund for lost time since the couriers were also a little bit slow. At first I thought it was a red flag, but this type of thing can be expected. I mean this is south Africa t's be honest... They just asked for my banking details like it was just that easy. It is rare that you get companies who care about the customer's satisfaction like this.
