Superb service and delivery!

I wish that it were possible to better compliment the service, but my interactions are all online. I was surprised to see that day is on here because I thought they would be a smaller company, but I am glad because I would definitely give them 5 stars all over!

I needed a replacement SIM because mine was damaged after a power surge that burnt a bunch of my electronics. Fortunately, insurance paid for most of it, but then the lady who I spoke to at day helped me to get replacement free of charge! She was also very kind and I could tell that I was not getting a bunch of templates. The delivery took one day from Durban to Gauteng because they hurried. I am very grateful for that because I cannot afford to be offline too long due to work, and my fibre is basically unusable these days. I just had to quickly share because I am very impressed with my support. I am not used to speaking to peole who actually know what they are doing and can help.
