Small Company with Good Services and Connection

I tested the waters earlier this month with this company, and I am surprised by how good it is. Excluding the typical issues with Telkom, I really like the service they provide. I will definitely move over from Telkom direct just because they are so muh easier to deal with customer service wise.

They seem to be a smaller ISP which is actually good for me because they are quick to get things done most of the time. The only thing I wish they had is a way to get my usage without having to email because that takes time. I think it was mentioned.
