Never had coverage problems except some BYOP they have to force update their service so you can use data. Customer service is great and they are mostly quick about it. This is my 5th month using them and I have no problem when switching to new phones. The price is definitely worth any headache caused which I have not experienced except for a few times during loadshedding.
