No rain or bad telkommunications here!

I am super shocked at how much help was given to me before I even bought anything. When my MTN sim was bust because they had an issue with their account with them, they sent me a replacement cellc SIM which was not that great but when MTN's issue was resolved, they were able to reactivate my old SIM immediately. It was only about a two week break or so, so not too bad.

What was great about that notsogreat experience is that they basically contacted me regularly with updates, and they answers pretty much all of my questions which there were a lot of at first. I do not usually have this kind of patience, but they go all out, so I will happily give them a fiver.
