I think they deserve some points just for actually responding to me in the way they did. Even though the signup was a little bit extensive from what I remembered, but they were very clear about the process and how to do everything from paying to changing my apn. I signed up in July and then left in September because I found a pretty good deal with mweb, but that was a big mistake. After a big feud over a billing error, I ended up leaving without my money back. Turns out that Day really is the best when it comes to Isps because even before I found them, the service was unmatched.
