Down to earth, honest, and kind customer service. I found my forever-ISP! lol

I love the service that I get from these guys. They seem to genuinely care about getting me connected to the best network possible. They say they are new, and it kind of shows since a lot of the things they do are manually done, but I am happy to be a part of them early on to see them grow a bit.

I also love how they regularly add to their FAQ every time they receive a new question. I had one that got added about business hours which was pretty cool. Yeah. The staff are down to earth. You can tell that they are not always responding using templates and canned responses like bigger ISPs. They are also very honest about any issues after I signed up. All in all, I am very happy that I found these guys.

Also, small tip: Day+ is actually worth it. I was with them without it and then they introduced it this month I think, so I had them add it, and I have gotten wayyy better speeds since. Apparently the towers prioritise your connection with it, so it was definitely worth the extra 100 rand or so, but it might not be for everyone. I can only speak for the western cape.
