Poor service

I got a call from my sons school and i collected him to go to the clinic we arrived there around 12:35pm and was only attended by Sister Lebo around 21:19 and refused to give us a letter stating that we've been waiting at the clinic since 12:35. Sister Lebo asked Dr Mphelo if she can give us a letter stating that we were at the clinic today and they said they dont issue out letters at night. Both sister Lebo and Dr Mphela were rude especially the doctor when I tried speaking to him he said yhe security must take me out I will have to wait for him until he is done with other patients before we can discuss me getting a letter and i have proof of the time that i got to the clinic. Its sad how they treat people just because they dont have medical aids and cant afford private hospitals or doctors so we get to be treated like trash😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 i wish the cameras installed at the clinics could be used to benefit the patients as well.
